Shipping Methods:
Forst offers different kinds of shipping methods: we may help you arrange the delivery of the package via Fedex, DHL, UPS, TNT, EMS, or Other way you prefer, you may choose your own logistic service if you have cooperated with some specific delivery company. We also accept the shipping method as the client requested.
Shipping Cost:
- Shipping cost is based on size, weight, destination of the package. Bonchip offers competitive shipping options through top carriers DHL, FedEx and UPS. We also offer shipping account services for customers who wish to be billed directly for shipping. For your packaging security, customers will be requested to buy insurance for the parcel of big amount.
- Shipping or freight charges, insurance and destination customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient, as our charges only cover the package transportation fee. To estimate possible costs, please check with your country’s customs office.
Delivery Time and Destinations:
Packages will be arranged for delivery within 1-2 days from the date of all items arrive at our warehouse. In stock items can be shipped out within 24 hours.
a). Our business days are Monday to Friday excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
b). Delivery Time depends on Shipping Method and Delivery Destinations.
Global delivery usually takes 3-5 days to arrive the destination. Shipping and delivery times are calculated in working days from Monday to Friday. In the case of major holidays such as Christmas, please allow extra delivery time. During those special occasions we will remind you the possible delays.
We adhere to all export policies and rules. Some products may be ITAR restricted and the export restrictions may cause delay in shipping lead time.

- Delivery agents: to ship your orders, we may share your name and shipping address with delivery agents, such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT or SF;
- Service providers and advisors: third party vendors and other service providers that perform services for us or on our behalf, which may include marketing campaign services, providing mailing or email services, tax and accounting services, product fulfilment, payments processing, data enhancement services, fraud prevention, web hosting, or providing analytic services.

- Selected third parties: third parties, so that they can provide you with information and marketing messages about products or services that may interest you, where you have given us separate consent to do so;

- Law enforcement, regulators and other parties for legal reasons: third parties as required by law or subpoena or if we reasonably believe that such action is necessary to (a) comply with the law and the reasonable requests of law enforcement; (b) to enforce our legal claims or to protect the security or integrity of our products and service; and/or (c) to exercise or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Bonchip, our visitors, or others.

Sale
Price
Orders are billed at the prices in effect at the time of shipment. Prices will be as specified by Forstglobal and will be applicable for the period specified in the Forstglobal quote. Forstglobal may change all published or quoted prices at any time without notice. Prices are subject to increase in the event of rising costs or other circumstances beyond Forstglobal’s reasonable control. If you do not purchase the quantity upon which quantity prices are based, you will pay the non-discounted price for the quantity actually purchased and/or a cancellation or restocking fee. Prices are exclusive of taxes, impositions, and other charges, including sales, use, excise, value-added, and similar taxes or charges imposed by any government authority, international shipping charges, forwarding agent’s and broker’s fees, bank fees, consular fees, and document fees.
Order Validation and Acceptance
When you place an order, we may verify your payment method, shipping address, and/or tax-exempt identification number, if applicable, before processing your order. Your placement of an order via the Site constitutes an offer to purchase our Products. Forstglobal may accept your order by processing your payment and shipping the Product or may, for any reason, decline to accept your order or any part of it. No order shall be considered accepted by Forstglobal until the Product has been shipped. If we decline to accept your order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address or other contact information provided with your order.
Changes or Cancellation of Orders
Most orders placed with Forstglobal are final. If the product has not yet been shipped, you may contact our customer service representatives to modify order details, such as delivery destination, split delivery, delivery timing, or consolidating multiple orders.
Once an order is registered on the Website, it is considered entered when we send the order acceptance confirmation email. Please note that orders cannot be canceled after this point.
Payment
Payment methods can be chosen from the following options:

All payments must be made in the currency specified on the original invoice.
Accepted credit cards include major credit cards and major bank debit cards, such as MasterCard, VISA, Discover, and American Express. Credit card billing information must be verified for new customers prior to order shipment.
Prepaid Wire Transfer: Customers may wire funds to our bank account. After placing your order, we will email a Proforma Invoice containing our bank information, merchandise total, and shipping charges. We will reserve stock for your order for 48 hours while awaiting funds. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees, bank charges, duties, and taxes.
Freight Damage and Return Policy
If you receive merchandise damaged in transit, it is important to retain the original shipping carton, packing materials, and parts intact. Please contact Forstglobal customer service immediately to initiate a claim. All returns must be made within 60 days of the invoice date and must be accompanied by the original invoice number, certificate of guarantee card, a picture of the part, and a brief explanation or test report detailing the reason for the return. Returns will not be accepted after 60 days. Returned merchandise must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Parts returned due to customer error at the time of quote or sale will not be accepted.
